Heacham Infant and Nursery School

Admissions

Thank you for your interest in choosing Heacham Infant and Nursery School for your child's education. Information on how to apply for a place can be found below:

How to Apply

Pre School Admissions

Three-Year-Old Places
We choose to follow the county guidance for good practice in Pre School Admissions and accept children from the term after their third birthday. Children can access free education up to 15 hours or 30 hours’ provision (depending successful receipt of DFE 30-hour funding codes)

We can organise our own admissions into Pre School and accept registration forms early so families can register interest before the children start with us. We then allocate spaces every term using the criteria set out in our Admissions Policy. We aim to contact families six weeks before their children start school so home visits and settling sessions can be arranged.

Two-Year-Old Places
We have some limited spaces for two year olds within our Pre School provision which are mornings only 8:30-11:30. We accept children from the term after they are two. Priorities for spaces are given to families with eligible criteria for free spaces.

For further details on how to register for a pre school place at Heacham Infant School please look at our Admissions Policy here, or contact the school office who will only be happy to help.
